- Confirmations will be sent via email for registrations received by the website email or fax. An immediate e-mailed confirmation will be sent for all online registrations.

- The registration rates are determined by whether a Crime Stoppers program is a member of one of the Crime Stoppers International Nation/Region members (Crime Stoppers USA, Canadian Crime Stoppers, Crime Stoppers UK and the Netherlands, Crime Stoppers of the Caribbean/Bermuda and Latin America, Crime Stoppers Australia, Crime Stoppers of the Western Pacific, and Crime Stoppers of South Africa). A Member program can send any delegate they choose.

- Shuttle costs will be included in your conference registration fee. There will also be free self park and valet parking available at the hotel for those that drive to the hotel.

- Shows traditionally advertise their schedule 3 months in advanced. Show information for September/October will be available mid June. Some show details can be found this far out by utilizing the search engine at vegas.com. This is also a great website to reference when looking for general information through the entire city. As of now only three shows come up, “O”, KA and Viva Elvis, many shows will do a group discount depending on the number of tickets needed.
- If you have requests for group tickets for Cirque du Soleil shows please contact Elaine Cloyd and she will provide a contact. Requirements for each show is different for the group request therefore we will try to assist.
- “Tix4tonight.com website does sell show tickets online. Tickets are booked through them the day of or one day in advance of the show. They tend to book shows that need help filling the theatre. It is rare to find headliners and premium quality seats.
- In regard to dinners, concierges would make recommendations. If you have a large party many places will require set menus and/or contracts.
